COLLECTIVE IMPACT Framework

Collective Impact is a network of community members, organisations, and services who create positive community-led change while amplifying the community's voice to create a shared agenda and integrate actions in collaboration to achieve community and systems-level change.

The Collective Impact Framework has five conditions that guide and frame the work. 

 

These collective impact conditions include: 

​

  • A common social agenda

  • A shared measurement framework

  • A shared plan of action for mutually reinforcing activities

  • Open communication fostering genuine collaboration

  • A backbone organisation with the skills and resources to keep everyone on track.
